RAWALPINDI: Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid hinted that the political landscape will change on July 17 while shedding light on the current political situation in Pakistan.
According to the details, Sheikh Rashid said in his statement that presenter Imran Riaz would be released and celebrate Eid at his home, adding that anyone caught by this government would become a leader.
He said that it was a government of low capacity and low intelligence, that it suffered from mental inferiority and that the government had made Imran Riaz a leader. He also felt that Imran Riaz is a brave journalist and the nation supports him.
Sheikh Rashid also said the nation was not ready to see their faces.
Earlier, he said that 45 days after Eid-ul-Azha is crucial and stressed that general elections are the only solution to the current crisis in the country.
He was addressing a presser here when he said all problems would be solved if transparent elections were held, adding that if the incumbent government wanted to stop him he would not flee on the pretext of illness.
